1. Who We Are

2. Scope

These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on the Store. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Billing Terms and Privacy Policy.

3. Products

We sell ceiling fans and related accessories. Product photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor variations in colour or finish may occur due to screen settings. Ceiling fans must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with Australian wiring rules — we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The price payable is the price displayed at checkout at the time of your order. Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Cartes Bancaires, PayPal, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. All transactions are processed over a secure, encrypted connection. See our Billing Terms for details.

5. Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of suspected fraud, pricing error or product unavailability — in which case you will be notified and fully refunded.

6. Shipping

We deliver across Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped with an estimated delivery of 14–21 business days (total estimated time: 15–24 business days from order), dispatched from our international partner warehouses. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns & Refunds

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, with free return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Full details are in our Refund & Return Policy.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store (texts, images, logo, layout) is owned by or licensed to Tlabs and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections afforded by the laws of their country of residence — including, for Australian customers, the Australian Consumer Law.
